Unlockable: Respec Ability At the start of Chapter 7, Isaac may respec his weapons, RIG, and modules. This ability lets him take out all the power nodes in a piece of equipment and re-assign them elsewhere. Each time you "respec" an item, it will cost 5000 CR.

Unlockable: Modes Perform the following actions to unlock additional modes.
- Hardcore Difficulty (corresponds to the old Insane difficulty setting) - Beat the game
- New Game + (visible on the menu, but cannot be selected) - Beat the game
